Spring is a new beginning! Seasons change, the world continues to revolve -- as it is at Garth Fagan Dance.

 

We opened the year with the world premiere of "The Rite of Spring," choreographed by Artistic Director Norwood (PJ) Pennewell, in collaboration with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. The significance of "spring" resonates deeply, as Garth Fagan Dance is flourishing under the new leadership of Executive Director Natalie Rogers-Cropper and Artistic Director PJ Pennewell -- Garth Fagan's chosen successors and both long-time Principal Dancers.

 

In support and recognition of this exciting new season in the history of Garth Fagan Dance, a generous donor (who prefers to remain anonymous) is matching gifts up to an accumulated total of $50,000.
